Return & Refund Policy
At Darzee Mattress, all our products are made and shipped with strict quality checks. Due to the nature of mattresses and hygiene considerations, we follow a limited and clearly defined return and refund policy as outlined below.
1. No Trial / No Comfort-Based Returns
Darzee Mattress does not offer a trial period. Returns or refunds are not accepted for reasons including but not limited to:

Change of mind

Comfort or firmness preference
-
Personal liking or dissatisfaction after use
-
Delay in body or mattress adjustment
Comfort perception varies from person to person and is not considered a defect.
2. Eligibility for Return or Refund
A return or refund request will be considered only under the following conditions:

The product has a manufacturing defect identified at the time of delivery, or
-
The product is damaged during transit, or
-
There is a wrong product or wrong size delivered
All such issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence.
Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.
3. Condition for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The mattress must be unused, unstained, and in original condition

Original packaging must be intact

Mattress must not be unpacked, soiled, bent, or used
Once a mattress is unpacked or used, returns and refunds are not permitted, except under applicable warranty terms.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not possible and the return request is approved by Darzee Mattress.

Refunds are processed after inspection and approval

Refund amount excludes logistics, handling, and inspection charges

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days
Darzee Mattress reserves the right to reject refund requests if the product does not meet return eligibility conditions.
5. Replacement Policy
In eligible cases:

Defective or damaged mattresses will be replaced with the same model

If the same model is unavailable, a substitute of equal or higher value will be offered
-
Replacement decisions are subject to inspection and approval
Replacement does not reset or extend warranty period.
6. Logistics & Inspection Charges

All logistics costs (pickup, transport to factory, and re-delivery) must be borne by the customer

On-site inspections are chargeable and not provided by default

Inspection charges are non-refundable
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Used mattresses
-
Freebies or complimentary items
-
Products with stains, moisture damage, or odors
-
Damages caused by improper usage, mishandling, insects, rodents, or environmental factors
8. Final Authority

All return, refund, and replacement requests are subject to final approval by Darzee Mattress

Darzee Mattress reserves the right to modify or deny any request that does not comply with this policy
